SENCHA SUPERIOR is "Ichibancha", the 1st flush. This tea is of a very high quality. Sencha is harvested 3 or 4 times a year. The quality of the tea decreases slightly after each harvest. Sencha contains more of the beneficial catechin than other green teas. The Sencha is grown in full sunlight and therefore has a yellow-green color.

Preparation :
Tea leaves: 1.5 tbsp (7-8g)
Water temperature 80º
Amount of water: 200ml
